New members get 300 rewards piont credited.  Also, by creating an account with us, it enables you to keep track of your purchase history, payment status and also saves you time from having to fill in your address details for every order you place with us. Rest assured that iluvo will keep all of our customers' personal particulars and information confidential.

Returns & Exchange

We strongly encourage you to check your order before checking out. However, do email us at sales@iluvo.com.sg if you would like to change no later than 30 minutes from when the order has been placed.

We accept returns and exchanges in times of defectives and on a case by case basics. Kindly email at sales@iluvo.com.sg and our friendly staff will be there to assist. Note that all returns & exchange items have to be in unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact.
